Teambuilding INTERFLEX
Last Friday, 19 December, we held our team-building day, an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration, unity and a sense of belonging amongst the people who make up INTERFLEX.

Teamwork and coordination
During the morning, we held a joint activity involving teams from different departments, promoting cross-departmental collaboration and the values of unity and teamwork. The final exercise required all groups to work in a coordinated manner, highlighting the importance of cooperation in achieving a common goal.
A review of the year and a look ahead
Results, learning and the 2026 Strategic Plan
We then took stock of the year, reviewing the key milestones, lessons learnt and results achieved. In this context, the 2026 Strategic Plan was presented, setting out the roadmap for the coming years.
Our origins and founding values
This event also served to highlight our history, with the screening of a video featuring the founders, who shared with us the company’s origins and the principles that continue to guide our venture under the leadership of the second generation.

Ethics, excellence, sustainability and cooperation
In the afternoon, we took part in an activity focused on the values that define our identity: ethics, excellence, sustainability and cooperation, reinforcing how we put these into practice in our day-to-day work.
It was an enriching day, characterised by camaraderie and commitment, which reinforces what is most important at INTERFLEX: the people.
